Q: When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?
A: Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the details of products being clear. If something urgently, we can quote for you within 1 hour based on all details you provide.
Q: How many days will samples finished? How about the mass production?
A: 1.We are honored to offer you samples, usually we will arrange them with digital sample or dummy in 1-3 working days, finished product sample is acceptable.
2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7-15 working days is enough.
Q: Can we have our logo or company information on the package?
A: Sure. Your logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen.
Q: Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A: Yes,customized sample will be charged according to your requirements, we also offer free sample for you to check quality, but the shipping cost will bear by your side.
Q: How do I make sure how the product look like once produced?
A: Usually we do work on digital proofs with 2D & 3D view for approval so that makes everything clear what exactly the box will look like once it is produced and assembled. And for large orders we send a physical box to make sure everything should be printed as perrequirements.
Q: What file type you require for printing?
A: It's very easy & simple, just email us yourartwork files in editable format like Al, EPS, or PSD with minimum 300 dpi. We have our expert design team in house who can work on your designs efficiently to layout the artwork and can work on your design absolutely Free (Once the order is secured). So we will work onthe final layouts and send it you for approval.
Q: What is CMYK/PMS Colors?
A: CMYK color is CYAN, MAGENTA,YELLOW&BLACK colors, each color print from a separate plate in layers to create colors, CMYK is also known as four colors. PMS stands for Pantone Matching system, PMS also known as special colors, PMS colors are assigned specific codes for ink mixing. A palette of fourteen basic colors are used to mix inks according to the formulas.These special colors can be used when you need any specific shade to be printed on the boxes.
Q: How can you guarantee your quality?
A: Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as samples.
Q: Do you refund the sample charge?
A: If first order quantity up to 5,000pcs, sample fee will be refunded.
